Wow I feel like Im still dreaming. So amazing to be asked to create all the belts and accessories for Julien McDonald return to the catwalk AW 2023. A new range to complement Julien's collection of signature Jivomir Domoustchiev pieces both belts collars bralet's and harnesses. I grew up admiring the incredible intricate work of Julien who would always create the most elegantly sexy show stopping dresses. I was lucky enough as a young stylist to be backstage as his first few shows where I would experience the dream and the vibrancy and pure glamour. Now so many years later running my own label I was approached by Karl Plewka the incredible stylist who has been working closely with Julien all these years. The collaboration was effortless. from our first meeting we simply jelled and I was made to feel so welcome and my signature approach to accessories and design detail was just a perfect match. Over a number of fittings all I created just matched so well with these stunning looks. Down to my all new mini multi ring bralet's and pure sculpture harness on the divine Winnie Harlow also signature Cinch belts based on my Lady Gaga video look. Dream big as dreams do come true.. Thank you Julien and Karl and the team for having me... I cannot express how wonderful an experience this was and thank you for believing in my determination to create the ultimate in a pure beauty self expression.
